Should the need arise to contact the AAA monitoring station please remember that our station is a 24/7 working environment, there should never be a need to leave your information on a voicemail. Bonded, trained staff members are present at all times and will be available to answer your call.
Protect their password - never leave your name, address or password with someone who is not an AAA employee or on a voicemail service. If possible, call back during regular business hours.
After regular business hours, our phone service clearly indicates you have reached AAA Alarm Systems, should you be concerned that you have not reached AAA Alarms, please hang up and dial the phone number provided to you on your System ID cards.
